MA has a well structured programmes which entails learning and co-curricular activities. We have Physical Education and a variety of games which blend in well daily, weekly and termly depending on the time of the year.
Some of the additional programmes which make learning interesting at MA are Inter-school competitions and Clubs and Societies. These include Drama, First Aid, Music, Swimming, Environmental, among many others.
We have annual Inter-school competitions such as the swimming gala as well as National competitions such as Drama and Music festivals.
All children must eat lunch in school to avoid some missing or others getting exotic menu hence affecting the others. Most of our Menu consists of rice, bean, ugali, maize, vegetables, beef and chicken ( we have a poultry and horticultural farm which purely supplies the schools). Our Menu is balanced and friendly to the children at their levels.k
There is an additional Tuk Shop per school to supplement on the children’s supplies as well as provide some regulated snacks. Educational and personal supplies are also available to assist the boarders who may lack a thing or two in the middle of the term.
Each school has a unique uniform to bring a sense if ownership and identity even as we abide by the Ministry of education requirements. The uniforms are found in key outlets and can also be obtained from the schools.
We have organized trips to cater for all ages and meant not to repeat sites in the child’s school life within MA. The younger classes visit closer sites ranging from school tours, Mombasa tour, Malindi, Tsavo, Nairobi, Central Province and Rift Valley. All the trips are educational excursions meant to educate the learners.
We also have international trips for selected children in the relevant exchange programmes as well as paying trips for those able to. We have exchange programmes with Schools in Germany an Netherlands and organized trips to South Africa and Dubai. We believe in exposing our children whenever we get any opportunities which can benefit them.
