On 9th October 2020, our Founders Stefan & Micki Wentzel, participated in the Ground Breaking Ceremony for the new Ultra-modern, State-of-the-art e-Learning Complex. The Complex located in Ukunda, Kwale County along the Ukunda-Ramisi Road, will be a unique addition to the already existing schools under the Mekaela Academies Umbrella.
The ceremony was conducted in the presence of our Group Managing Director Mr. Elijah Musili; our Administration & Education Manager Mr. Shadrack Kalisa and teachers from both our Primary and High Schools.
The Construction of this new Complex has begun and is expected to be fully commissioned in the next few months.
E-learning has continued to be an integral component in the education sector globally especially this year, due to COVID-19. We are therefore pioneering this e-learning concept locally, with a view of having seamless education in the “New Normal“.
